Are you an experienced agency recruiter or talent manager with a strong background in temp placements across manufacturing and logistics?
If you’re great at filling roles but don’t love the sales grind—this could be the role for you.

We’re hiring a consultant to take over a well-established temp desk.
It’s busy. It’s fast-paced. And the clients are already there.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and growing long-standing client relationships
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing temp candidates across manufacturing and logistics roles
  • Working at pace to meet high-volume recruitment needs
  • Delivering results without the constant pressure of new business sales
What We’re Looking For:
  • A recruitment consultant or talent manager with proven experience in temp recruitment
  • Someone who knows the manufacturing/logistics space
  • Stable work history – we value consistency over job-hopping
  • Someone who enjoys the buzz of agency life and working in-office as part of a close-knit team
What You Need:
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in agency temp recruitment
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand
  • This is not an HR or internal recruitment role – agency experience is essential
