Administration Assistant – Accounting Background (Long-Term Role) Location: Rotorua
Type: Full-time | Long-term

We’re on the hunt for a reliable Administration Assistant with solid accounting experience to join our team in a long-term role. If you love keeping things organised, have a good head for numbers, and don’t mind the occasional spreadsheet battle, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties:
  • General office admin and record-keeping
  • Accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
  • Bank reconciliations and payroll support
  • Data entry and financial reporting assistance
Requirements:
  • Previous admin experience with accounting knowledge
  • Must be reliable
  • Must pass a drug test 
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
