About the Role:
This office-based, part-time position involves a wide range of administrative and financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, job costing, commercial claims, payroll support, and general office duties. You’ll be working with systems such as Xero, Workbench, and Hubdoc, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Matching purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Preparing commercial payment claims and supporting documentation
- Managing debtors and retentions ledgers
- Reconciling bank fees, credit cards, and monthly statements
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in accounts administration (construction/trade experience a plus)
- Strong financial acumen and experience with Xero
- Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Word
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and able to work independently and in a team
- A positive and adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
