This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key finance role in a growing organisation. You’ll be part of a team of around 30 staff and will work closely with the Executive General Manager and the Directors.
  
About the Role - Mō te tūranga
As the Accounts Administrator, you will manage and process financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This is a varied and hands-on role, where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be valued and rewarded.
Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Uploading wages fortnightly
  • Managing and reconciling direct debits
  • Monitoring and following up outstanding invoices
  • Maintaining the asset register
  • Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
  • Providing general finance administration support as required
  
About You - He kōrero mōu
You will be an experienced Accounts Administrator who is confident working independently and communicating across all levels of the organisation. You will bring:
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software – essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills - ability to manage multiple priorities and chase approvals when required
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
