$38/hour + 8% holiday pay | Wellington Central | Full-time hours
H2R Consulting are looking immediately for a skilled AP and AR professional for the role of Accounts Officer for this 3 month temp role. This role will be working within a corporate organisation based near the Railway Station, with potential for permanency.
Our client wants a commonsense / friendly, detail-orientatedAccounts Officer to join our down-to-earth finance team. If you’ve got solid experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable and enjoy working with a supportive bunch who actually like coming to work this could be for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end AP & AR – invoices, payments, reconciliations, follow-ups
- Making sure everything’s accurate and running on time
- Helping with month-end processes and keeping the finance wheels turning
What you’ll bring:
- A few years’ experience in AP/AR however training on our systems will be provided (NAV / Business Central)
- Confidence with systems (and Excel is a bonus!)
- A can-do attitude, reliability, and a sense of humour
