About the Role:

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client on a short-term contract.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time.

The organisation operates TechnologyOne ERP, so experience with this system (or similar ERP platforms) will be a big advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure supplier payments are made on schedule
  • Oversee the month-end process for Accounts Payable
  • Maintain supplier details within TechnologyOne ERP
  • Manage credit card and staff expense reimbursements
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain strong financial controls
  • Assist with training staff on best accounts payable practices

About you:

We’re after someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing accounts payable operations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong accounts payable experience, including supplier invoice processing
    Familiarity with TechnologyOne ERP is an advantage (or similar ERP accounting software)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of invoices
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic reporting)
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
