Customer Services & Sales Support Specialist
Location: Auckland
Term: One month Contract
Start Date: September 2025
Do you have a knack for customer service, enjoy keeping things organised, and want to play a key role in supporting sales? We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services & Sales Support Specialist to join our client's team!
This is a varied and dynamic role that covers customer service, warehouse administration, and sales support. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping keep everything running smoothly while ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to internal and external enquiries regarding orders, stock, pricing and customer accounts

Processing orders accurately and efficiently

Coordinating with freight, transport companies, and other third-party suppliers

Performing warehouse administration to a high standard

Supporting the sales team in maintaining and growing customer accounts

Building strong relationships with customers and assisting in account management

Comfortable juggling customer service and sales support tasks

Able to prioritise and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years' experience in administration and customer service

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management

Experience in sales support or stock management systems is a big plus
