About the role

We are looking for an Administration Officer - Dispatch to contribute to the smooth running of the Clinical Records service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.

This fast-paced role has a strong focus on records management and maintaining our information database and tidy storage areas so records can be quickly retrieved when required. There are also opportunities to contribute to process improvement.

About you

To be successful in this busy role you will be the kind of person who enjoys working in a demanding environment, as well as the following:

  • Efficient, able to access information quickly
  • As you'll be handling patient information, the ability to be discrete is an absolute requirement
  • Ability to work in a structured environment with some repetitive tasks
  • An understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 is required

You must be a team player with very good communication skills, who understands and appreciates the need for attention to detail. In addition, your strong computer and systems knowledge will see you succeed in this position.
