The Ministry of Justice is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team in the Central Registry on a permanent, full-time basis. Administration Officers play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring operations are carried out in a timely and effective manner.
As an Administration Officer, you will offer administrative support and manage the facilities for teams and managers across Operational Service and Delivery group.

You will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, quality decision-making, be solutions-focused and have the personal confidence and resilience to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and quick learner who can bring a can-do attitude to the role, with the following attributes:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a good level of computer literacy

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $55,343 and $74,416 pro rata based on skills and experience.
