About the Role:

In this role you will be responsible for providing professional support services to priority women who are unscreened or overdue for their next screening appointment and to encourage them to participate in the BreastScreen Programme. This includes sourcing correct contact details, contacting women, arranging appointments and support if required and associated data entry. You will be required to work on the mobile unit which will be located at different sites within Counties Manukau area.

This is a part time position, based at Manukau Health Park and working 32 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm. The actual hours of work will be negotiated with the successful applicant but candidates who are able to work on Saturdays would be preferred.

About You:

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Experience in administration / receptionist functions
  • Experience in quality data entry
  • The ability to work independently and be a member of a team.
  • Previous clerical experience
  • Experience working with Maaori and Pacific communities
  • The ability to speak another language possibly Te Reo, or a Pacific or Asian language would be preferred.
