About the Role

As an Administrative Support, you will effectively and efficiently produce a digital clinical record for the purposes of timely access and retrieval by staff. This involves producing accurate records, assisting patients and staff with queries and general administrative duties as may be needed.

This is a casual role based in Blenheim where the hours are on an as required basis. The hours of work will be across Monday to Friday and you will need to be available from 7.00am to 6:00pm. You may need to cover weekend shifts.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our Team of Clinical Support Administration Services support support our clinical staff in accessing vital patient clinical content which saves lives and improves our patient - s care journey.

About you

As an Administrative Support, you will:

  • have a bright, outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills,
  • have a passion for delivering a consistently high level of customer service,
  • be highly empathetic and respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality,
  • have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload,
  • be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
