Contract: Permanent, 1 x Fulltime and 1 x Part Time 0.5 FTE Rostered and Rotating

About the Role
We have 2 vacancies: 1 x Full-time, Permanent and 1 x Part time, Permanent 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week)
Both roles are based at Hutt Hospital but also cover our off sites, both fixed and mobile, throughout the greater Wellington region. They are rostered and rotating and include weekends and evenings.
If rostered off-site you will be provided with a fleet vehicle so you must have a current full driver's licence. The salary for this position $72,035 - $79,573 - pro rata for part time position
You will be the face of the service covering both Reception and Call Centre duties ensuring we deliver a quality service on behalf of Breast Screen Central.
About the Team/Service
Our team is a multidisciplinary team covering Medical Imaging Technologists, Nurses, Surgeons, Radiologists, Data, Quality, Equity and Admin. Our department also houses Bowel Screening and Cervical Screening.

Skills & Experience
- Has previous reception experience with a genuine desire to provide a positive experience for our clients
- Is committed to achieving health equity for Māori
- Is passionate about customer service
- Full drivers licence
- Relates well to all and has the ability to build appropriate rapport
- Is someone people like working with, is direct, open and honest
- Is a quick learner
- Has previous data entry experience with proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Is proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Change is inevitable so you will need to have the ability to shift gear comfortably
- Admits mistakes and is open to learn
