About the Role

Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi has an administration support position in our clinic-based Patient Care Liaison team on a permanent part-time basis working 4 hours per day Monday to Thursday. 

Your role will be to support and enhance participation of pre-schoolers and school age Tamariki and their whānau in accessing oral health care.  You need to be comfortable using multiple methods of communication to engage whānau with the service. 

Duties will include working with service specific electronic patient records systems to enrol patients, schedule appointments, undertake patient group reconciliation and data entry.
