Job Description

Full-time, on-site role handling client enquiries, ID checks, and processing applications. Financial services and compliance experience needed.

We are recruiting for a temporary administration position based front of house on behalf of our client in the financial services sector. Based in Tauranga, this is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance requirements.

Location: Tauranga (on-site only)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Start Date: Ideally asap for approx. 6 weeks
Team Size: Approximately 34 people in the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, including processing in-person withdrawal requests
  • Accurately verify client identity and documentation
  • Manage reception duties and handle general client enquiries
  • Ensure all processes and interactions are compliant with internal and regulatory standards
About You:
  • Experience in financial services is strongly preferred
  • High level of accuracy and professionalism when verifying ID
  • A strong understanding of compliance and the importance of following procedures
  • Confident, reliable, and able to work independently on-site
