Administration Support
Clinical Quality Governance Risk and Compliance 
Permanent, part-time (0.8FTE), Monday – Friday

 

An exciting opportunity has become available to work as an Administration Support and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team at Clinical Quality Governance Risk and Compliance (CQGRC) service.

About the Role

This is a key position that provides linkages to other departments within Lakes and to external organisations. The primary purpose is to provide administration and support to the role and functions within the CQGRC team. A significant portion of this role is to provide support and cover of the Consumer Engagement Experience Coordination as required.

  • Provide a confidential and professional administrative service to the Service Manager, Consumer Engagement Experience Coordinator and other members of the team.
  • Ensure all requirements for the day to day requirements of the office are provided for the team.
  • Provide agenda, minutes and meeting support for various Lakes committees.

About you

You should have

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks ensuring completion in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry
  • Personally organised with superior time management and adept at responding to a changing environment
  • Proactive mind-set with high level of initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook with an ability to quickly learn new systems

You would be someone who has

  • Computer skills – Windows Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Previous senior administration or consumer engagement experience with an understanding of systems approach within an organisation.
