About the Role
As an Administrator, you will provide timely, efficient administration and logistical support to the Needs Assessment & Service Coordination (NASC) team.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Processing referrals for the NASC service
- Administration and management of clinical records
- Data entry and reporting processes
- Complete letters of correspondence for clients and other providers as required
- Administration support to allied health team and managers
This role will be based in our Community Clinical Services in Commerce Street, Whangarei.
About the Team/Service/Location
The NASC team provides Needs Assessment & Service Coordination for older people and people with chronic health conditions with high needs requiring long term supports, and for people from the age of 16 who require acute short-term community home support.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need be an enthusiastic, versatile, and dedicated individual who shows initiative and performs well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and be an effective team member
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite programmes
- Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated coordination, organisation and prioritisation skills
Previous experience working in health services is desirable, however not essential to apply.
