Front Desk & Admin Support - Temp Role, Christchurch. A practical, people-first role where your calm, organised approach will make a real difference.

About the Role:

This is a front-of-house and admin support role that sits at the heart of a busy training centre. Each morning, you'll welcome people arriving for scheduled courses — answering questions, helping them feel at ease, and pointing them in the right direction.
It’s a role that requires presence, clarity, and a bit of rhythm — mornings are fast-paced and people-focused, with afternoons being quieter, giving you space to manage your admin workload. That includes responding to emails and calls, updating systems, and helping to process tickets and course details.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most is your attitude, someone who’s comfortable with systems, able to pick things up quickly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re a fast learner, confident navigating systems and databases (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• You communicate clearly — in person, over the phone, and in writing
• You’re steady under pressure and bring a calm, professional presence
• You like being part of a team but are comfortable working independently
• You bring warmth and clarity to your work — especially in busy moments
• You will have a clear Ministry of Justice Check
