Advisor or Senior Advisor Governance and Accountability
The Senior Advisor Governance and Accountability sits in the Office of the Chief Executive. The Governance and Accountability team steward the flow of information and governance structures that enable effective and strategic decision-making by senior leaders, and support the robust relationship between ERO and Ministers' Offices.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, your focus is to provide leadership that supports the delivery of high quality education reviews and evaluations of early childhood services.
You will work as part of a collaborative team of advisors and oversee a regular reporting regime to both Ministers and ELT. We see you bringing exceptional talent in building and maintaining meaningful and effective working relationships at all levels; both inside and outside the organisation, including demonstrable deft judgement when working with senior leadership. Capability using digital systems and processes to communicate and collaborate and the ability to adapt, innovate and think strategically are key requirements.
This role is advertised for either a competent Advisor or developing Senior Advisor. The role will operate with a high degree of trust and broad scope.
