Te Haeata/The Opportunity
We are in search of an Advisor for the Senior, Employment, Environment and Coroners Courts (SEECC) Operations Support team to work collaboratively within Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) business group. The team provides specialist advice within the Ministry and to the Courts as well as assisting with implementing business improvements to enhance efficient and effective customer-centric services.
As an Advisor, you will support the management, planning and delivery of projects and improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for business-as-usual processes and procedure fixes that support the courts to deliver consistent services to customers.
You will also support a culture focusing on the customer, continuous improvement and standardisation, accountability, and employee engagement. A key focus of the role is to support the implementation of quick fix business and service improvement initiatives, including intranet updates, and establishing and maintaining appropriate and effective internal and external relationships.

To be successful in this role you will be able to confidently:
- assist in the preparation of timely and accurate official and ministerial correspondence
- contribute to the development of the team's employee engagement action plan
- work with other Ministry business groups, units and teams to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
- promote continuous improvement to systems, technology, processes and procedures to improve service delivery
- make the connection between business performance information and continuous improvement, to support managers on business-driven improvement opportunities within the group

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The salary band for this position is $73,634 - $100,846 however appointment will likely be between $81,694 - $84,919 depending on skills and experience.
