At this time we are looking for a File Manager, Settlements in Auckland who has customer service, processing, team work experience including being result driven.
You Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Verify new files daily and accurately identify and advise any outstanding requirements
- Identify any errors and flag with client
- Attending to draw down and any post settlement requirements including registration
- Completing the database screens correctly
- Promptly responding to all in-bound propel-lc calls and web based queries
- Proactively supporting users through propel-lc help desk queries
- Follow up any outstanding information with client and/ or relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all lender requirements and special conditions have been satisfied
- Work with clients to ensure that any issues that arise are resolved promptly
- Regularly follow up any outstanding requirements in line with SLA’s
- Other duties as required
