About the Role
As an Application Administrator (ACTOR), you will support the payroll rostering application alongside the rest of the technical team to ensure our team can provide an excellent service. This role has three focus areas:
- Managing the time & attendance rules in our rostering system
- Developing system functionality within our rostering system for efficiency and best practice
- Providing support, training and advice on all things rostering
This is a permanent, full-time role working 80 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday. The role is employed under Nelson Hospital, however, will be based at the Richmond Health Hub.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Our team consists of 7 Payroll Officers and 3 Payroll Technical staff.
With nearly 3200 employees, we are Nelson and Marlborough - s largest employer, which means the opportunities here are endless. Our main locations are Nelson and Wairau Hospitals, and the Richmond and Marlborough Health Hubs, but we are spread across the region and service all parts of the community. About you
As an Application Administrator (ACTOR), you will have:
an interest in rostering for a large complex organisation,
an interest in technical support and security management,
strong administration skills and meticulous attention to detail,
demonstrated ability to interpret complex employment agreement terms,
proven ability to work self-directed within a small team,
excellent written and oral communication skills,
demonstrate your ability to engage with and develop employees skills around the use of new technology, when working with wide ranging levels of IT competency,
proven ability to foster collaboration with stakeholders.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
