We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Asphalt Roller Operator to work for one of our industry leading clients in Hamilton. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident operating machinery, has a solid work ethic, and doesn’t mind jumping in with general labour when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating rollers and assisting with laying, raking, and compacting asphalt
- Site clean-up and general labouring tasks
- Shovelling and supporting asphalt crews during truck deliveries
- Operating additional WTR machinery if certified
- Proven experience in asphalt or civil works
- WTR endorsement preferred (not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable transport and a strong team attitude
- Drug-free with a clean (or relatively clean) MOJ
