Job Description
Our client is an infrastructure business with a nationwide portfolio. They require an extra set of hands to cover a maternity contract on a part time basis, this could grow into more in the future. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a small finance team and play a pivotal role supporting the financial aspects within the business. You will work closely with the Finance Business Partner and Senior Accountant.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash reconciliations
- Fixed Asset Register
- Day to day finance operations
- GST
- Adhoc projects
- You could be working towards your CA or have at least 2 years relevant experience at a similar level
- Have an eye for detail and pride yourself on producing quality reporting
- Happy to be hands on in a role, and also have a willingness to learn and grow with a "whatever it takes" approach
- Loves the idea of having a role in which you will have exposure to lots of aspects of the business and be close to the action
