Job Description

We’re looking for a switched-on Assistant Accountant to join a busy, culturally diverse finance team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the business through month-end, reporting, payroll and commissions—perfect for someone confident with Excel and who enjoys working with intellectual, proactive people.

About the role: This is a 6-month contract (28 July–mid-January), 20 hours per week with flexibility on how the hours are worked. You'll hit the ground running and take ownership of their space.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales and commission reporting
  • Payroll and payroll journals
  • Month-end support
  • Finance review summaries
  • Processing overseas payments
  • Managing client funds
  • Commission calculations (PG, PA, MK)
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar finance support role
  • Strong Excel skills – confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • A proactive attitude with great initiative
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural team
