The remuneration range for this role is $116,040 - $127,674 and is covered by the collective agreement: NZNO HNZ Collective Agreement 31 March 2023 - 31 October 2024

Position Description | Associate Clinical Nurse Manager

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a current Theatre senior nurse/ leader to join our Perioperative Team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills and experience within a small, friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team. No two days are ever the same.

This role is one of 2 Theatre ACNM’s that lead the Theatre and PACU teams to provide for the efficient and safe delivery of planned and unplanned care.

About you

· Theatre experience 5 years or greater

· Essential you have evidence of post graduate study and preferable you have a PGDipN or PGDipHS

· Desirable for you to have a Proficient or Senior nurse portfolio

· Must have leadership experience

· Currently working within the NZ Health System

· Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth (mandatory)

· Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings. (mandatory)
