About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our dynamic and dedicated team in the Audiology Department. Our small, collaborative team is committed to delivering exceptional audiological services to our community. We specialize in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiological services for eligible individuals, and we maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals including ENT specialists and Newborn Hearing Screeners.

We are offering a full-time temporary role working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), for a duration of up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.

You will have:

• Full membership with the New Zealand Audiological Society and possession of a current annual practicing certificate are required. A current paediatric certification in Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) and/or Habilitation (HAB) and experience working with children are preferred, but we strongly encourage applicants without paediatric certification to apply, as we are happy to provide the necessary training and support.

• A valid driver's license is required to facilitate coverage of clinics located in the community, specifically in Levin and/or Dannevirke.
