Role Overview
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including team leadership, customer service delivery, financial performance, and compliance. The role also includes supporting team members and contributing to the branch's technical capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a motivated, customer-focused team
- Drive service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and compliance
- Achieve financial and productivity targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure health & safety and ethical standards are upheld
- Support COF B licensing and certification processes
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to manage operations and drive performance
- Customer-focused with solid commercial acumen
- Industry experience in automotive or transport services (preferred)
- Willing and able to obtain a COF B license
