- Monday to Friday 830am - 5pm

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Billing Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term, full-time basis. This role will provide support and coordination for our billing function and also assist with other contract administration tasks.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Perform monthly billing process, releasing invoice and credit notes to external customers as per contracts or agreed price schedules
- Revenue contact administration and approval process facilitation/coordination
- Routine data maintenance of the billing system(s) data tables
- Completion of Oracle customer/supplier maintenance forms
- Run and communicate revenue reporting to internal and external stakeholders
About the Service
Health New Zealand Finance Business Partnering Team is a team who is responsible for providing financial management support for Hospital and Specialist Services function to maintain financial strength and accountability
About you
We are looking for a professional who is a natural and enthusiastic team player. Who is able to take self-responsibility, fit easily into our Finance Business Partnering team and also build a strong relationship with the wider Health New Zealand service that we provide finance management support for.
- Strong business administration skills including (exposure to project or contract administration would be advantageous)
- Solid Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel, further training to be provided
- Effective interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for the role.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively to specified deadlines
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Proactive and demonstrates initiative
- Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Be a positive team member with a good sense of humour
