Are you a billing specialist with great attention to detail and solid communication skills? We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join a our client in Ellerslie on a 9-month temp contract. You’ll be reporting to AR & Billing Manager, helping to ensure accurate and timely billing across the business, including working with the apprentice side of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end billing processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Entering and reconciling data using Business Central
- Supporting the AR & Billing Manager with reporting and month-end tasks
- Communicating with internal teams (especially around the apprentice side of the business) to ensure smooth billing cycles
- Handling queries and following up on missing or incorrect data
About you:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a billing or finance admin role
- Solid understanding of invoicing processes and basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills, you’ll be liaising with internal teams regularly
- A proactive, organised approach with good attention to detail
- Previous experience with Business Central (or similar ERP systems) is ideal
