Are you ready to take the next step in your insurance career, or keen to break into commercial insurance? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual to join a professional, friendly team in the Waikato.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced brokers to provide top-tier client and administrative support. You’ll help ensure our clients receive an exceptional service experience, from processing policy documentation through to assisting with renewals and liaising with insurers.

- Ideally holds or is working towards the Level 5 Finance cert (General Insurance).
- Prepare and process policy documentation, renewals, and amendments
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
- Liaise with insurers for quotes, terms, and claims
- Assist brokers in delivering exceptional client service
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes
