Commercial Broker Support – Team-Based Role | North Shore | Onsite

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action — someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-based role where every day is a bit different. You’ll be providing overflow support to a high-performing team of 9 Commercial Advisors, alongside a crew of experienced support staff. Based full-time onsite on the North Shore.

What you’ll be doing:
This is a true team role — no specific broker allocation, just wherever help is needed most. You’ll be the one keeping things moving across the fire & general space.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist with renewals, certificates, endorsements, and day-to-day support for a busy advisory team
  • Provide overflow support for administrative and client servicing tasks
  • Work closely with advisors and support peers to manage workflow during peaks
  • Keep files and systems sharp and accurate — from compliance to client communications
  • Be ready to pitch in across a wide range of commercial insurance admin tasks
What you’ll bring:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in fire & general insurance
  • A background in claims? That’s awesome — this could be your step into broking support
  • Sharp eye for detail, confidence working with systems and providers
  • Good energy, calm under pressure, and ready to be the team’s safe pair of hands
  • Availability to work onsite full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Clean credit and police record
