We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Builders Labourers to join our team, servicing a range of clients across construction, civil, building, and landscaping sites throughout Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty region.

Whether you’ve worked on building sites before, used tools at work or around the home, or completed a pre-trade course – this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, grow your skill set, and prove yourself in a hands-on environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience on building or construction sites, or practical tool use (at work or home)
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and assisting on-site
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to pass a drug test if required

🛠 Basic Duties May Include:

• Site clean-up and preparation
• Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors
• Loading and unloading materials
• Digging, lifting, and moving supplies
• Operating basic tools and equipment
• Erecting temporary fencing or barriers
• Following health and safety instructions on-site
• General labouring and manual handling tasks
