About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
This role is part of the Change Delivery Group, in the Business Analyst Practice, which uses a hybrid model that blends Agile and traditional project management to deliver ACC change initiatives. As part of the practice, you will support the delivery of organisational change priorities across both operational and technology projects.
As a Business Analyst in the Change Delivery Group you will:
- Facilitate and document business process analysis and design sessions.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques
- Develop specific business cases using analysis methods and governance models.
- Assist in system design, architectural issues, data integrity, and migration.
- Establish and maintain UAT documentation, including process and scenario libraries.
- Liaising and effectively communicating with and between technical teams and business
- Manage customer relationships, expectations, and service delivery.
- Suggest areas for process improvement and support a positive team environment.

- Proven experience in business analysis, including process analysis and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in requirements analysis methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex information for various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio and Jira
- Experience in business improvement planning, implementation, and support within complex organisations.
- Effective facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems architecture principles and project technology platforms integration.
- Ability to influence and interact with diverse stakeholders at different levels.
- Proactive in suggesting process improvements and managing change.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $90,000 and $110,000 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
