Job Description

Tāmaki Housing is on a mission to transform Tāmaki through housing, infrastructure, and community empowerment. We are seeking a Business & Process Improvement Analyst who is passionate about making things work better for both the team and tenants. This role focuses on continuous improvement, turning data into actionable insights, and enhancing service delivery. Working closely with the frontline housing team, the analyst will simplify processes, improve tools, strengthen feedback loops and help ensure every tenant experience reflects true manaakitanga.

What you’ll do
  • Map, document, and refine core operational processes for efficiency, consistency and alignment with our practice framework.
  • Enhance usability and functionality of our intranet (Zolve) and SharePoint tools.
  • Analyse operational data and tenant feedback using Power BI, Excel, and survey tools.
  • Manage and improve quarterly tenant surveys, from design to actionable insights.
  • Maintain clear, accurate customer-facing materials and engaging internal guidance documents.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed best practice and support change.

What you’ll bring

You’re smart, humble and collaborative, with strong process design, analytical and documentation skills, you make things clear and simple. You’re confident with SharePoint and intranet improvements, and comfortable turning data into insights using Power BI, Excel, and survey tools. Proactive and curious, you spot opportunities and make things happen. You work well in a self-service environment, creating engaging content like quick guides and videos, and support reflective practice. Most importantly, you’re passionate about delivering equitable, positive outcomes for our team and the 2500 whānau that live in our homes across this community.
