Lead Sales Growth in a Global 3PL Expansion

This is a standout opportunity to step into a true growth role within a globally backed logistics business that’s investing heavily into its NZ operations. With a new warehousing footprint in place, the focus is now on driving volume, with a strong focus on specialised sectors such as healthcare logistics, temperature controlled storage, and controlled substances.

You’ll be the key sales lead on the ground, developing your own pipeline, converting new business, and targeting high activity clients that help fill space quickly. You’ll also be working in a team that’s open to ideas, collaborative by nature, and motivated to grow.
 
What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in 3PL or warehousing based logistics, ideally in the NZ market.
  • Confidence selling full solutions, not just competing on rate.
  • Energy, focus, and the ability to self manage activity from lead to close.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Winning new clients and building long term commercial relationships.
  • Prioritising volume activity to fill the warehouse footprint.
  • Managing your own pipeline while working with ops and warehouse teams.
  • Selling creatively, understanding how to differentiate service, not just price.
