We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Hamilton based team as a Business Partner Health and Safety.
As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership, taking the lead and contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive continuous improvement and enhance operational systems and reporting. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring cross-functional methods of delivering change and improvement are fit for purpose across teams.
As an experience Health and Safety professional, you'll make sure risk management is at the forefront of what we do, and as part of your role, you will deliver risk-based approach to site compliance and support work programmes to ensure safe ways of working.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
To be successful in this role, the Health and Safety Business Partner will have:
- A tertiary qualification in health and safety, occupational health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety advisory role within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of New Zealand Health and Safety legislation and risk management principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing workplace health and safety programmes.
