Job Description

We’re working exclusively with a recruitment business doing things differently — no layers of management, no internal politics, no endless reporting. Just a small team of highly experienced recruitment managers who will receive lucrative remuneration as well as a % of the business, commission and dividends.

It's a unique model and we are looking to build a Team of Leaders in IT, Tech, or Digital recruitment — people who are currently managing teams or divisions, still billing, and ready to take more ownership of their work (and their future).

Everyone in the business has equity from day one, alongside a strong base salary, monthly commission, and annual dividends. You’ll have full autonomy, flexibility around where and how you work, and the chance to shape your desk — without red tape or micromanagement.

This is a rare opportunity for experienced recruitment leaders who are ready to move away from the traditional agency structure and build something they genuinely believe in, with others at the same level.
