Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role:

District teams require a variety of day-to-day administrative support to Career, Volunteers, District Leadership and Community Risk Management teams.  We have an exciting opening for an energetic, and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our team in Queenstown.  Reporting to the Business Service Team Leader, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support, which includes:

  • Provide administrative support to various internal functions and departments.
  • Assist with project administration and coordination.
  • Internal communications
  • Support Business process improvements
  • General office administrative duties
  • Responding to public and general internal enquiries including requests for official information

You will be a highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to enhancing business processes within the organisation.  As a team player, you will bring your engaging personality, exceptional communication skills, and innovative ideas to the role.

 

You will be responsible for maintaining quality administration systems and delivering support to a high standard within agreed timeframes. This role will require you to analyse, respond and action or redirect enquiries and become a trusted point of contact for the district.


To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:

  • Highly effective time management and prioritisation skills  
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy including competency across the MS Office suite of applications.
  • Thrives on providing a great service.
  • Positive “can do” attitude and quick to learn.
  • Natural affinity for problem-solving and improvement 
  • High Level attention to detail and time management


The salary range for this role is $59,674-$66,304, (pro rata) dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
