Job Description
Grada Recruitment have partnered with a well-established surveying consultancy to recruit a Cadastral Surveyor based in Christchurch.
About the Company
With a legacy spanning decades, this locally owned consultancy is known for its innovative approach to surveying and deep roots across Canterbury. Specialising in land development, boundary definition, and topographic mapping, their team operates at a high level — all while keeping things down-to-earth and collaborative.
Everyone pitches in here — no egos, no desk jockeys, just solid professionals doing great work.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Surveyor with cadastral experience to get stuck into a healthy mix of office and field work. You’ll be involved across a wide range of project types — from infill urban townhouses to rural subdivisions and even the odd river boundary challenge.
You’ll be using Trimble gear and 12D software to deliver end-to-end survey solutions. Whether you’re a strong technician, graduate surveyor, or someone stepping up to intermediate level, if you’ve got the right attitude and a few solid years in NZ cadastral surveying, this could be the right next move.
