- Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work various shifts across the whole week, including weekends and holidays
