Candidate Consultant

Join a fast-paced, high-performing recruitment team where people come first. We’re looking for a Candidate Consultant or Talent Manager to support this temp division, specialising in placing high volumes of temporary workers across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.

You’ll be the engine room behind the success—sourcing, screening, and onboarding reliable temps for roles like pick packers, process workers, machine operators, and forklift drivers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing job ads and sourcing large volumes of candidates
• Screening CVs, phone interviewing, and coordinating in-person interviews
• Compliance and reference checks
  Drug testing
• Onboarding, contract generation, and managing candidate availability
• Liaising with Recruitment Consultants to fill urgent and ongoing temp roles
• Maintaining a strong candidate database and talent pools
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience

• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment in the blue collar industry.
• A natural communicator who can juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and driven by outcomes
