What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting job ads and executing candidate sourcing strategies
- Screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
- Coordinating job orders, booking training, ordering PPE, and assisting with staff relocation, plus much more!
- Managing candidate pipelines and providing top-tier support to our recruitment team
Who We’re Looking For:
- You're curious about recruitment and eager to grow in sales, client and candidate management.
- Your background has ideally been in - sales, fast paced working environments (such as call centres) or in the building trade where you're now looking to get off the tools while still utilising your knowledge!
- A confident communicator – whether it’s in person or on the phone
- Computer literate and able to juggle many tasks at once!
- Energetic, organised, and thrive under pressure
- A natural people-person who loves building relationships and getting results
- Motivated by clear goals and a buzzing team environment
