Capability and Culture Business Partner
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity in our People and Capability team. We're looking for an experienced Capability and Culture Business Partner to develop and implement initiatives that will provide outstanding results throughout the Office.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- significant experience in designing, developing, and delivering capability and organisational development initiatives, activities, and programmes;
- experience with strategic planning and implementation;
- experience building diversity and cultural capability;
- excellent project management skills; and
- the ability to manage priorities and deadlines for a variety of activities, with sharp attention to detail and quality.

You must be able to gain and maintain a Confidential national security clearance for this role. Ordinarily, this means that you must be a New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a current residency class visa and intend to become a citizen when eligible.
