Carpenter

Tradestaff Christchurch is excited to offer an opportunity for skilled carpenters to join our team, with a focus on commercial projects. 
We are looking for someone with experience, interested in long-term work!

About the Role:
You’ll be working on a variety of commercial carpentry tasks with mostly form work/framing to start. 

• Complete carpentry work on commercial builds.
• Ensure full compliance with NZ building codes and safety protocols.
• Work autonomously or within a team to meet project time lines.
• Problem-solve effectively on-site and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on new construction projects.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ideally hold a Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry.
• Commercial carpentry experience, solid track record of working on large scale commercial projects.
• Reliable Tools & Transport: You’ll need your own carpentry tools and dependable transport.
• The ability to provide us with 2 working references!
• You’ll thrive in a team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
