- Experience in residential carpentry (framing, cabinetry, trim work, etc.)
- Know your way around all the tools (no, you can't just use a hammer for everything)
- A love for creating beautiful homes, not just houses
- Great attitude, good banter, and maybe a little OCD with precision
- Must pass a drug test
- Competitive pay (so you can buy more tools, obviously)
- A fun, close-knit team that doesn’t take itself too seriously
