The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga Mahi
As a Case Manager, you will be the face of MSD, engaging directly with individuals and whānau to provide financial support, employment services, and housing assistance. You'll support people to achieve their goals by connecting them with the right services and creating tailored plans that work for them.
Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you'll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and driven to make a positive impact. This role is focused on building trusting relationships and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who is energised by a sometimes-pressured environment and can confidently make well-considered decisions. With strong people skills, you'll negotiate outcomes while showing empathy, conscientiousness, and problem-solving as your core strengths.
As a Case Manager, you'll work independently and as part of a team, managing a caseload of clients and guiding them through support plans. You'll engage with individuals, employers, and stakeholders to identify barriers and create plans for success. Your ability to adapt and adjust support plans based on client progress will be key in achieving meaningful outcomes.

- The ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to assess client needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Provide empathetic and professional case management support, maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Manage client progress, adjusting support plans as needed to help them achieve their goals
- Able to navigate various computer systems to manage client information and stay up to date with relevant policies and legislation.

- A salary band range from $68,660 - $83,003 with a realistic starting salary from $68,660 per annum. Consideration will be given to the successful candidate's individual relevant skills, experience, and other factors to determine the actual starting salary.
