Change Analyst

Our customer is undertaking a large business transformation and seeks a Change Analyst to join their team.

You will identify and mitigate impacts. There is a strong focus on comm's and engagement on this programme.

Deliverables will include:

• Support the Business Change Lead with change activities designed to prepare people for change
• Develop and shape change impact assessments through to working on training needs analysis

Any experience working on ERP programmes would be beneficial as would any exposure to AI tools to help being more efficient

NOTE - you will be expected to be onsite in Tauranga 3-days (concurrently) every fortnight

Contract rates are day rates.
