The primary role is inwards receiving handling and storage properly of goods. Prepare items to be dispatch and helping “Middle Store" role as well which plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, especially during the late shift, and helps maintain production flow across multiple departments.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 10am to 6.30pm (with flexibility as required)
Key responsibility:
- Dispatch Pallets: wrapping and labelling ensuring accuracy and following customer requirements.
- Inwards receiving: Unloading goods verifying the quantity and conditions against deliveries notes. Inspecting good for damages, defect or discrepancy and informing on time to the person in charge to following up.
- Organizing and storing of goods: guaranteeing proper storage condition for different type of goods. Labelling when required
- Assist middle store roll: Responsible for ordering and moving, film and materials within the factory
Dismantle hard film crates: Putting films in pallets, label up and allocate
- Housekeeping: responsible to keep inside and outside installation clean and tidy.
This includes:
- Free wood area clean
- Fixing pallets
- Fences clean up
- Keeping pallet good sorted
- Learning and operating Reclaim machinery
- Cover leaves and breaks
- Load containers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong forklift and reach truck operating skills (F-endorsement preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Ability to learn complex material handling tasks over time
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during later hours
- Commitment to safety and following site procedures

Without this role, wrapping processes and material movement may be delayed, potentially affecting customer deliveries and overall production efficiency. To be successful for these positions, you must have a current Driver's License, Reachtruck-F&OSH Certificate, Passport or Birth Certificate for ID, be a NZ Resident/Citizen OR hold a valid working visa.
