Chef de Parties & Demi Chefs Wanted | Prestigious Luxury Lodge | Immediate Start

We are thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity to work at one of New Zealand's most prestigious luxury lodges, located just 3 hours out of Christchurch. We are seeking Chef de Parties and Demi Chefs to join our team immediately.
Positions Available:
•Demi Chef de Partie (CDP): Immediate start, seasonal until end of February/mid-March (potential for permanent role based on off-season needs).
•Permanent CDP: Immediate start, could be seasonal as well.
What are we looking for?
Chef de Partie:
•Proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star dining environment.
•Exceptional culinary skills and creativity.
•Ability to manage a section of the kitchen efficiently.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Commitment to maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Demi Chef de Partie:
•Experience working in a high-end dining setting.
•Strong culinary skills and a willingness to learn.
•Ability to assist the Chef de Partie in managing a section.
•Good teamwork and communication skills.
•Dedication to upholding kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Accommodation:
•Enjoy the comfort of your own single room, complete with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.
•Take advantage of a larger communal kitchen, perfect for additional cooking and meal preparation on your days off.
Details:
•The lodge is open over Christmas and will be extremely busy from December 19th for three weeks.
•Roster: 5 days on, 2 days off. Explore the stunning surroundings on your days off.
•Meals: A meal is provided during your shift by the team cook. Outside of shifts, you will need to supply your own food (breakfast and on days off).
•Uniform: Supply your own chef/safety shoes and knife kit. Everything else you need will be provided.
