About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, process driven, experienced administrator to join our friendly supportive team within the Health New Zealand Waitematā Child Health Service. Based at Waitakere Hospital, you will provide administrative support to the Child Health management team to ensure the smooth operation of Child Health services across Waitematā District.

About Us
Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.

About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Competence in a wide range of computer applications
- Ability to work across a variety of services
- Confidence in managing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Previous experience in administration is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting
